Clare
M. Lopez is a strategic policy and intelligence expert with a focus
on national defense, Islam, Iran, and counterterrorism issues.
Currently a senior fellow at the Center for Security Policy and vice
president of the Intelligence Summit, she formerly was a career
operations officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, a professor
at the Centre for Counterintelligence and Security Studies,
Executive Director of the Iran Policy Committee from 2005-2006, and
has served as a consultant, intelligence analyst, and researcher for
a variety of defense firms. She was named a Lincoln Fellow at the
Claremont Institute in 2011.
Already an advisor to EMP Act America, in February 2012 Ms. Lopez
was named a member of the Congressional Task Force on National and
Homeland Security, which focuses on the Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP)
threat to the nation. She is deputy director of the U.S.
Counterterrorism Advisory Team for the Military Department of the
South Carolina National Guard and serves as a member of the Boards
of Advisors/Directors for the Center for Democracy and Human Rights
in Saudi Arabia, the Clarion Fund, the Institute of World Affairs,
the Intelligence Analysis and Research program at her undergraduate
alma mater, Notre Dame College of Ohio, and United West. She has
been a Visiting Researcher and guest lecturer on counterterrorism,
national defense, and international relations at Georgetown
University. Ms. Lopez is a regular contributor to print and
broadcast media on subjects related to Iran and the Middle East and
the co-author of two published books on Iran. She is the author of
an acclaimed paper for the Center,
The Rise of the Iran Lobby and co-author/editor of the Center's
Team B II study, "Shariah: The Threat to America".
Ms. Lopez received a B.A. in Communications and French from Notre
Dame College of Ohio and an M.A. in International Relations from the
Maxwell School of Syracuse University. She completed Marine Corps
Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Quantico, Virginia before
declining a commission, in favor of joining the CIA.
Bruce Moran, National

Bruce
J. Moran is a senior National Security Advisor who focuses on
strategic planning for National Security issues. As a consultant, he
works with public officials, U.S. Government committees,
departments, agencies, think tanks, and corporations. He works on
special national security projects and defines clear "hands on"
working solutions for Crisis Preparedness and Crisis Readiness
scenarios. He has in-depth experience in foreign policy, security
operations & Hi-Tech systems (connectivity, interoperability, and
interfacing) such as SMART* Fusion protocols and applications. He
consults with the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of
State, U.S. Department of Commerce, Senate Foreign Relations
Committee, House Committee On Foreign Affairs, Joint Economic
Committee, Senate/House Committees on Banking/Finance, Senate
Permanent Committee On investigations and the Senate Select
Committee On Intelligence. (Bruce is the resident humorist, much
like Hawkeye Pierce was in the MASH series we all know and love. Oh,
and I didn't have a real picture of him.)

Dr. Lyle Rapacki is a Private-Sector Intelligence, Behavioral
Analysis and Threat Assessment Specialist. Since June of 2010,
Dr. Rapacki has provided selected members of the Arizona
Legislature Intelligence Briefings on Border Security and
threats to Arizona sovereignty. Lyle also receives, analyzes and
disseminates critical intelligence from and to law enforcement,
intelligence, and governmental communities. He is the author of
dozens of White Papers, bulletins and briefings, many of which
have received distribution to and by local, state, and federal
law enforcement, intelligence and public safety agencies
nationally. Lyle is the owner of Sentinel Intelligence Services,
LLC which carries out these functions, as well as provides
consultations to elected officials in and out of Arizona and
clients in industry.
Lyle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and
Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University,
and his Doctorate from Clayton College of Natural Medicine
specializing in the treatment of psychological disorders. He
also holds a Post-doctorate Diplomate in Forensic Counseling and
another in Behavioral Psychotherapy. Dr. Rapacki taught in the
Criminal Justice Department at Wayland Baptist University,
Phoenix campus, and at Grand Canyon University where he also
held the position of Director for the Public Safety
Administration, Homeland Security and Crisis Management
programs. He is a member of the FBI InfraGard Program for
Arizona, Vice President of the Association for Intelligence
Officers AZ Chapter; the Association for Threat Assessment
Professionals, and the International Association Law Enforcement
Intelligence Analysts. He is a Charter Member of Oath Keepers,
and Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
Dr. Rapacki is most privileged to provide intelligence as a
Watchmen to the Christian community nationally, and to write a
regular commentary for The Olive Branch Report, an online
Christian publication. His commentary is then carried by about
25 additional publications.
